Shipping and delivery policy

Effective 5 September 2026. One line, and what it means in practice.

Kliniqo is software delivered over the internet. Nothing physical is shipped, and no shipping is charged.

What delivery means

  • A laboratory's account is opened, and its owner given sign-in details, within one working day of the payment being received — usually the same day.
  • The Service is used in a web browser on any computer, tablet or phone at the laboratory. There is nothing to install at the counter.
  • The optional analyser agent is a small program downloaded from inside the Service onto a PC in the laboratory; we set it up with you on a call.
  • Reports, receipts and labels print on the laboratory's own printers.

If something has not arrived

If a paid laboratory cannot sign in within one working day, write to us through the contact page and we will sort it out the same day.
