Cancellation and refund policy

1. Trials cost nothing

A laboratory tries Kliniqo before paying. No card is taken for a trial, so there is nothing to refund if it ends there.

2. The first thirty days

If, within thirty days of the first payment for a laboratory, you decide the software is not for you, tell us and we refund the whole amount. No reason is needed. The refund goes back the way it came within seven working days of your request.

3. After thirty days

A subscription is for the year. After the first thirty days there is no refund of the remaining months, but the laboratory keeps full use of the Service to the end of the paid year. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.

4. Cancelling

• Cancel at any time, from the account's plan page or by writing to us. The subscription runs to the end of the paid year and does not renew.
• For ninety days after the end of the year the laboratory can still sign in to export its data — patients, orders, results, reports, payments — as CSV and printable reports.
• After those ninety days we delete the laboratory's data, except what the law requires us to keep.

5. Renewal

We remind you a month before the year ends. Nothing is charged automatically: a renewal is a payment you make. If the year ends without one, the laboratory moves to read-only for ninety days, then the account closes as above.

6. When we cancel

If we end a subscription for a reason that is ours — we stop offering the Service, or cannot provide it as promised — we refund the unused months pro-rata. If we end it because of a breach of the terms, we do not.

7. WhatsApp messages

Messages are billed to the laboratory by Meta under Meta's terms. They are not part of the subscription and are not refundable by us.

8. How to ask

Write to us through the contact page from the owner's email address, naming the laboratory. We confirm within two working days and say when the money will arrive.
