Questions a laboratory owner asks

How does a laboratory start?: Every laboratory begins as a trial on a copy of the demo data or on its own rate card. You pay when you decide to go live; nothing is charged before.
Is GST added?: No GST is charged at present. Should that change, the invoice will show it separately; the price on this page is what a laboratory pays today.
What does 'a year' mean?: Twelve months from the day the laboratory goes live, for the whole laboratory — every staff account the plan allows, every patient, every report.
Can we change plan later?: Yes, at any time. Moving up applies at once; nothing already created is ever taken away by a limit.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?: Meta bills the laboratory directly for messages sent from its own number, at Meta's utility rate — a few paise a message. There is no markup and no SMS charge. The figure on each plan is how many the software will send for you in a month; a laboratory that needs more moves up a plan, and nothing waiting is ever thrown away.
What happens if we stop?: You keep access to the end of the paid year and can export everything before then. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Is the analyser connection extra?: No. It is part of the Professional and Multi-branch plans, with as many instruments as the plan allows.
