About this test

Before your test

•Clean, mid-stream, first-morning urine in the sterile container given. Collect before starting any antibiotic.
•You will be given a container; the lab will explain how to collect the sample.
•Bring the doctor's prescription if you have one — it helps the lab file the report to them.
